You should consider choosing the My|Phone one, not only it is a “Pinoy Phone”, but its service centers are superb.

They will even give you a service unit while your phone is under repair.

Hi. I always test sims from 3 networks on both slots before I make the purchase.

I think your phone has a defect so if it’s still covered by warranty, you should bring it to the store where you purchased it and have it replaced or repaired.

I just purchased my|phone duo 18, dual sim din. ngayon ko lang napansin, na I can’t make outgoing calls on the 2nd SIM. I tried to transfer the same SIM card to SLOT 1 and it worked.

I’m not sure if this is a my|phone bug o ganito lang talaga. One SIM lang talaga ang gagana for outgoing calls.

Have you tried changing the SIM slot of your SUN SIM to the slot 1?

Zen, there are smaller dual-sim phones from MyPhone. The phones come in a variety of cool colors.

Torque and MyPhone are Filipino brands but I doubt if their phones are manufactured in the Philippines. By the way, do you own a mobile phone from Torque or MyPhone? If you do, kindly check the box for details on the manufacturer.
